| Jim Davidson, MA, MBA | ||||
![]() Jim Davidson, “The Strategy Guy”, earned an MBA in marketing from the University of Toronto (1995) and an MA in geography from Wilfrid Laurier University (1985). He is the principal of Competitactics, an agile consulting firm that specializes in helping give companies the edge they need to compete. Jim has 17 years of business experience in Competitactics’ core service offerings: customer satisfaction measurement, competitive intelligence, mystery shops, market segmentation and strategic planning.
Davidson has designed and implemented customer satisfaction studies and mystery shopping exercises ranging from insurance to fast food, from tourist attractions to home appliances. To stay ahead of the curve, Davidson teaches business mathematics, statistics and market research at Seneca College. In addition, he teaches statistics at George Brown College's CGA accounting program. He is scheduled to teach a market research course at York University in January 2005. |

| Cary Ng, CA, MBA | ||||
|
Cary Ng lectures in the
areas of Information Technology and Accounting at Seneca College's
School of Accounting and Finance. He has held senior financial executive
positions, including CFO of companies traded on the TSX and TSX Venture
Exchange. Mr. Ng has experience in the following industries:
telecommunications, computer technology, manufacturing, retail,
financial services and health care. Cary's international business
experience includes China, Hong Kong, Thailand and Taiwan; he has a
solid record of being adaptable to different cultures and a diversity of
individuals.
Ng has secured financing for various companies: 8million (credit facilities) for a Thailand operation and $3million (working capital loans) for operations in China; $2million (trade financing) for a retailer; $70million (credit facilities) for a financial leasing company; and $2million (seed capital) for a software (relational database) development company. And, he effected a reverse take over for the listing of a Chinese equipment manufacturing company (valued at $42million) over-the-counter with CDNX. |
